The other day I wrote a post on BetterNetworker.com describing what I believed in. That post shunned much of the Internet Marketing Community for their unwavering belief in attraction marketing and specifically, Magnetic Sponsoring.
Now don’t get me wrong. I bought the book, I am an affiliate and I do believe in Magnetic Sponsoring. I simply wanted to point out that everyone cannot be a leader. Even some of those who are touted as leaders are so self serving. I also wanted to make it known that I believed in myself long before I read the book. I believe in sharing and I believe in helping others. That is true attraction marketing. I believe this more than what I believe someone else can teach about their self evidence of success.
I fully expected to have the entire community egg me and disbar me from the forum. I was surprised to find a few folks who agreed with what I posted and that reassured my own belief system.
This business of making money on the internet can be misleading and unsavory for those not involved. A good friend recently described it as “the dark side of the force that is very seductive”. And that is true.
Many, who get involved in network marketing, do not have a strong belief in themselves. And their potential is never realized. They are, therefore, unattractive for other people to trust and they never establish relationships nor take actions that re-enforces that trust.
To be in Internet Marketing, whether it be affiliate marketing, multi level marketing, selling information, selling e-books, selling hope or selling yourself as a leader, success is measured in how you feel about yourself. And if you don’t like how you feel about yourself, then change!
Jerry
